Discover the testimony of Nathan Farissier, winger at LOU Rugby, on its management by the Allyane neuromotor reprogramming method.

Can you tell us about your injury?

I had patellar tendinopathy in both knees. On the right, I had it for 3 years, on the left it was more recent but more intense.

In the end, I developed tendon tears, so I needed surgery. I had the operation at the beginning of July and resumed training. knee rehabilitation two weeks later.

At first it went very well, and then I had a little setback, I had pains that were starting to come back so I was advised to have an Allyane session.

What was your initial impression of the Allyane method?

Before coming, I was a bit skeptical because I didn't know anything about psychology; I didn't believe in it at all. I didn't really know what it consisted of, so I thought, "Why wouldn't it work for me?"

What are your feelings after the 1st Allyane session?

It was very good, because it wasn't even about my knee, but for example, with footwork where I was more comfortable on one side than the other, we tried to rebalance that and I saw the differences immediately. After that, the knee was a little less obvious since it was more complicated, but in the following days I felt it was getting better.

It's very well explained and it's easy.

What were the results?

On my right knee I could contract my quadriceps muscles well, but not on the left, so we tried to rebalance that. At the time I couldn't really contract my left knee, but in the following days I continued to do some of the exercises that were recommended to me and to use a similar method, and in the end it was possible to contract them again.

Would you recommend this method?

In the end, yes, I saw the difference.
