Anna Santamans is a professional swimmer, former French record holder for the 50-meter freestyle in both long and short course pools. She tells us about her experience with the Allyane neuromotor reprogramming therapy following several shoulder surgeries.

For what conditions were you treated?

I was treated for my left shoulder as I had two surgeries, and since then I have had some difficulty regaining sensation similar to my right arm, which is healthy.

How did you experience this Allyane session?

Very good, like every session I've had. I left with much more confidence in my operated arm and I now have much better sensations, especially in terms of muscle recruitment.

What were the results?

Pretty good, from what I could see in the video, and from what I could feel too! I have greatly improved the recruitment of my shoulder stabilizing muscles, and I hope to be able to put it into practice in the water fairly quickly.

Would you recommend the Allyane method?

Yes, absolutely. I've already talked about it with several of my friends; it's a method I completely trust. In fact, I think it's my fifth one.rd session, which proves that I fully agree with Allyane.
