Read the testimony of Cecilia Berder, a fencer on the French national team and most recently Olympic silver medalist in sabre at the Tokyo Games, on her treatment using the Allyane method for a knee rehabilitation.
I have been diagnosed with a fracture in my left knee, so in my back leg, it is my leg which pushes in fencing, with also a fairly large cyst at the back of the knee.
The pain started in November/December 2020, and I began the Allyane method the following May. It was very beneficial and a great discovery because I had never heard of it before. I really enjoy anything related to visualization and imagery, and it was fantastic to be able to explore this.
I was treated by a physiotherapist I knew very well, and I practically discovered new muscles, quite unique sensations of strength and power that I had clearly lost. I regained confidence in my joint, which was very pleasant. It was very beneficial for fencing, as I regained a sense of stability in my joint thanks to a one-hour session.
And what is very rare is that I only did it once, and in fencing at the highest level you need to repeat constantly, and in this case, to recover from my knee injury, I only did it once, so it is very beneficial.
Since then, I've regained confidence in my knee, its strength, its stability, and it's been a real revelation. I recommend Allyane to everyone; you have to appreciate getting to know your body, rediscovering lost sensations. It was incredibly beneficial for me and my high-level training, and for my everyday life too. For me, it's a true source of energy and a renewed sense of physical well-being.
