Read the testimony of Clément Laporte, professional player at LOU Rugby, on his Allyane support following a shoulder injury.
How did you meet Allyane?
I had shoulder surgery at the beginning of the year and I met Allyane through LOU Rugby.
I then did some research and it's true that it's a little bit technical!
Following my appointment, I am happy with how the session went.
What was your initial impression of the Allyane method?
I wanted to know what it was like, to learn more about the technical aspects and the benefits of the method.
Can you tell us about your injury?
I had shoulder instability for almost two years, after a while it got better by strengthening it, but it's true that I was more like 80% on the left.
The difficulty lies in the range of motion, strength, and stability of the shoulder. It's true that sometimes it would move and then return to normal. I injured myself again at the beginning of the year; the medical examinations weren't very good. So, with the LOU (Lyon Olympique Universitaire), we didn't hesitate; we decided on surgery. It wasn't going to get better without it.
What are your feelings after the first Allyane session?
The session went well, I found the practitioner very competent, he immediately identified the problems I had and the solutions.
Honestly, I saw benefits and improvements in just one session, in terms of range of motion and a little bit in how it felt. I was able to use my strength without pain and without even thinking about it.
It's true that I was surprised by the immediate effects.
What have you been working on?
We worked on different ranges of motion. I saw immediate results and improved my range of motion for this movement. There are already gains after just one hour-long session.
The practitioner explained to me what he was doing, which was also interesting.
Would you recommend Allyane?
Yes, absolutely!
