How did you meet Allyane?
I discovered with the medical staff of Montois Rugby StadiumI didn't know there was a partnership, the Allyane team came to do an intervention at the club and the medical staff thought it best to present me to show my shoulder, and that's how I was able to do this session.
What are the benefits following your session?
It's about bridging the gap between my right and left shoulders, a new way of approaching weight training, much more mental. This psychological work on myself has allowed me to be more efficient in my workouts.
