Joel Kpoku is a professional rugby player at LOU RugbyHe discusses for us the contribution of the Allyane method in his knee rehabilitation and his rehabilitation following an injury.

What was your initial impression of Allyane?

First and foremost, I would like to thank Allyane for helping me with my rehabilitation and my return to the field. I was surprised to see how well the brain functions, because we take it for granted, and we don't think about the role it can play in the game.

I had some instability on my right side and I worked on regaining stability and strength as much as on my left side. Honestly, it was a very good experience and I'm grateful that Allyane is seeing me today.

What were the reasons for attending this session?

I was injured during my first match with LOU last December and I'm currently undergoing rehabilitation. I had a knee injury and obviously experienced instability after being in a brace for a long time and then in a boot.

Consequently, the stability isn't the same as on the healthy side. So, the club told me about Allyane and said it would be a good thing for me to go there and see what they could do to help me. And here I am today!

Would you recommend Allyane to other players?

Absolutely! In fact, some of the other players told me it was a good place to go to address instability. So I would recommend Allyane to other players and even to my family.
