Read the testimony of Thibault Magnin, a professional freestyle skier and participant in the Beijing 2022 Olympics, discusses the contribution of the Allyane neuromotor reprogramming method in his treatment following a cruciate ligament rupture.

For what conditions were you treated?

I tore the cruciate ligaments and meniscus in my left knee in March 2021 during the World Championships. It was my biggest injury to date. So I started my rehabilitation with Ludovic Perge (Physical trainer for top-level athletes) & the Allyane method.

How did you experience this session?

It was very interesting and it was the first time I'd done anything like that. I think it brought me many benefits, both personally, in terms of my self-confidence and my return to skiing, particularly in terms of staying calm and visualizing my tricks, and managing stress.

I think the mental aspect is very important in our sport, it was an honor and a pleasure for me to learn about this method and work with these professionals.

What were the results?

This helped me a lot with stress management, visualizing my figures, mental preparation and especially at the start of my rehabilitation I had trouble feeling my left quadriceps, and Allyane helped me a lot to regain this feeling on my quadriceps and continue my rehabilitation in the best possible conditions.

I think there are many positive aspects to using this method and it's something I want to continue in the future and I'm sure we'll do great things together.

Would you recommend this method to other patients?

I recommend it; I think it's something excellent and new to me, something many people aren't familiar with. It's a method that can offer numerous benefits in sports and help develop champions.
