"There's always something going on with Allyane."

Tom Lecomte shares his experience of receiving care with the Allyane therapy Following a road traffic accident, during his first session last year, he worked with his practitioner, Stéphane Vouillot, on activating his gluteus medius and releasing tension in his quadriceps. Today, he worked on releasing tension in his hamstrings and contracting the quadriceps muscle in his right leg.

We deliberately left a little time between sessions to allow me to get back into shape, to work my muscles again, to resume cycling training in order to regain muscle and confidence in my legs.

I had a blockage on the extension, I hadn't regained the extension on the right, I was starting to lose hope and told myself that I had to accept that I would no longer be able to straighten my leg.

I came to the office and told my father, "Something might happen here; something always happens with Allyane." It's true that I'm starting to feel hopeful again. We haven't regained 100% extension yet, but we're getting closer. We've already managed to relieve the hamstring because it was always tight, so we've managed to loosen it up. We also worked on the contraction of the right quadriceps. In that case too, I felt like I couldn't achieve 100% contraction, and now at the end of the session, I'm not quite at 100% yet, but at 95%.

I'm really happy because every time I come here I take another step forward, so I regain hope for my leg. Thank you, Allyane!
